I got an email to schedule an interview, and when I called, it sounded like they were just checking an appointment list. They asked when I could come in, and the vibe was pretty cold. I got there 20 minutes early. The interviewer was on time. They took me to a room with two other people, they introduced themselves, and then we started. The interview wrapped up with a tour of the office and a technical assessment, which included instructions on tying a shoelace and a widget evaluation. For the widget evaluation, I had to design a screen for users to input product measurements, then write pseudocode for a program that calculates the price, handles exceptions, and sends a discounted receipt to another file. They said they'd contact me in two weeks, but never responded to my thank you or follow-up emails. It felt really unprofessional, like they were doing me a favor.

I was in a room with 6 interviewers who all asked me behavioral questions. Pretty standard stuff about my background. Then there was a technical interview which was pretty different. They gave me 3 tests, each one was pretty different.

They're looking for candidates with prior experience using their ERP, so having that is definitely a plus. The hiring process took a while because the company was figuring out their exact staffing needs, so you'll need to be patient. Since the company is growing, they anticipate needing more staff soon.
