This interview process is one of the best I have encountered. They ask really good questions and give you ample time to answer them. They discuss every part of the job in depth and want to understand you, your past experiences, your goals, your family, and what makes you unique. Their questions are non-judgmental but fair, and they don't try to put you on the spot. The aim is to identify your strengths and discuss how to build on or leverage them to help the company grow.

I applied through CareerBuilder, even though I didn't have prior experience in manufacturing or recruiting, but I had a BA in Business and the enthusiasm of a recent grad. First, I had a phone interview with the office Owner. Then, a week later, I had a F2F interview. After that, I was sent an online assessment which I completed. Next, I had a phone interview with the Corp Coach. Finally, I had a second F3F interview where I accepted the job offer.

Had a good discussion with organized questions, keeping long term goals in mind. The focus was on delivering on time and managing vendors and processes. A team approach is important, with communication flow to co-workers, vendors, and other parties viewed as critical.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you describe how you ensure a job stays on specification, and what steps you take when vendors don't adhere to the process?
