I had a pre-interview phone call to screen me. Then I got invited to interview. The interview itself was a great experience, it had a panel interview, a scenario, and a test. They were really quick to let me know if I got the job offer.

I went through an interview process that involved four people. No one introduced themselves or said what they did at GMR or its companies. One person seemed to really care about the industry, which was good, but the others weren't great. One looked bored and over his job, another didn't seem to care, and a third person, who didn't even work for GMR, was really arrogant. They also called me by the wrong name at one point. They said they'd call me back twice after the interview, but they never did. I know things happen and stuff takes time, but it felt like they didn't respect my time or how much effort I put in. Honestly, I'm glad it didn't work out, it showed me what their culture is like and how they treat candidates. So, it was kind of a good thing it didn't go further.

There were several panel interviews, with 4-5 people on each. It's manageable if you prepare. One interview was over the phone, and 3 were video. Overall, the process took longer than at most places.

I had a really great interview experience with GMR, even though I didn't get an offer in the end. I really enjoyed talking with the hiring manager one-on-one and then with the team in a panel interview. The team members were impressive, and their questions were good. The hiring manager even took the time to personally let me know the final decision and encouraged me to apply for other roles. My process involved two interviews: first with the hiring manager, then a panel with the hiring manager, operations team, and finance team members. The questions were direct and focused on explaining skills and how I handled situations.
