the interview was around 30 min, there were many questions about my past experience with the details of the program, including online platforms and tailored programs, overall not bad, but the questions were very general, without any specific details about the language you are applying for

A few months back, I interviewed for a key management position. The recruiter phone interview suggested it was a great fit for a linguist/educator role, which I was eager to return to after years in tech. I was well-qualified and excited. I took a day off for the interview. However, it turned into a two-hour, unstructured, one-on-one session. My interviewer mostly shared her concerns about company changes and her team's struggles. She did ask about my background and my opinion on the company's framework and methodology, but the majority of the time was spent on me discussing solutions for company-wide, long-standing problems. I answered when I could. The interview ended without any feedback. I followed up with HR and the interviewer, but never heard back. My advice: don't waste your days off. They offer cultural training; perhaps they should use it themselves.

I first chatted with a recruiter on the phone. Then I had my first in-person interview with the VP of Sales and Marketing. After that, I met with the President and the Director of HR together for my second interview. The recruiter then called to extend a job offer, and I got an offer letter in my email to sign.

It was a 3-round process. The first round was a 1-hour technical oral round where I had to solve basic coding problems. The second and third rounds were technical written rounds involving coding problems and analytical problem-solving. They were interested in how many ways I could solve a problem.
