HR contacted me for an interview that was about 30 minutes. We talked about basic stuff about me, then my experience, lines of coverage, premium & exposure size, and authority levels at my previous company. The second interview was also on the phone with an underwriter. It covered the same info. She said she only had a few minutes. They said they'd get back to me for an in person interview, but never did, and never responded to my thank you emails - neither interviewer. It was very unprofessional. The job itself wasn't as good as advertised, I'd have less authority than I did as an assistant underwriter, so I would have turned it down anyway. Didn't seem like a good or appealing place to work.

I was contacted via email initially, and then we had a 20-minute phone screen. After that, I had another 10-minute phone screen with the hiring manager. Two days later, I went in for an in-person interview which consisted of three rounds with HR, the hiring manager, and the VP, all on the same day. I was told I'd hear back in two weeks. I sent thank-you emails the same day and a follow-up after two weeks, but received no response. My application status on Jobvite still says 'in process'. I was expecting at least some kind of response; it felt very unprofessional and rude.

First, I had an initial phone interview with HR. Then, there was a follow-up interview in the office with the AVP and two other supervisors. I was told I'd hear back soon, but they never followed up, not even after I emailed the hiring AVP, who just ignored it. I'm actually overqualified and have way more experience than the current supervisors.

It took about two weeks in total. There were three in-person interviews that happened all at once. Before that, there was one phone screen interview. I met with someone from HR and then two of the head people from the department.
