First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Global HR Research.
QA Analyst
I first connected with a staffing company and handled most of the onboarding through them. Then, I went through the interview process with the company itself. I met with the two department heads I'd be working closely with, and they took turns asking standard interview questions. They were both pleasant and professional.
- Can you describe a situation where you might bend the rules?
Sales Executive
The interview was pretty straightforward, no real strength and weakness questions. The interviewer was on time and didn't waste my time. I heard back about the next step pretty quickly, the whole process didn't drag on for ages.
- How many years have you worked in this industry?
- What is your motivation for leaving your current job?
Order Representative
Applied for this position and was called in for an interview with management. Didn't realize there would be 4 people. Didn't hear back for a few days, then got a call I was referred to Occupational Health. Their hiring manager wanted to speak with me. Scheduled an Interview, it went great. Sent my Thank You email that Monday. A few days later, I was offered the position. So I feel pretty great right now. Quit my last job on 03/23 and will be starting new job Monday.
- How would you describe exceptional customer service?
Manager
I got a call from a recruiter for an in-person interview. After two weeks, I had a second interview scheduled with an executive over Zoom. Unfortunately, I never heard back from the hiring manager or the recruiter, despite sending multiple emails. It's not great practice to ghost candidates.
- Tell me about your experience.
