I had 2 interviews, one was in person in the office (pre-covid). First was with HR manager, second was with multiple people at company including leadership. I appreciated they had so many staff involved with the interviews. Fair questions and interesting people, which was consistent with the reviews I had read about the company.

The interview process felt very personal. The office space was nice and the people were friendly. There were a few questions that weren't too difficult, mostly about your past experience and skills. The first round was with a recruiter, the second with an accounting staff member, and the third with the COO.
