The interview process was quite long. First there was an introductory interview, then a take-home essay, followed by two more interviews, Interview 1 and Interview 2. Overall, it took a while to get through. The people I spoke with were helpful, but after the final interview, it was hard to get clear information from the hiring manager. I felt like I was 'ghosted' after the last interview.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was lengthy but straightforward. It began with an initial call from HR. Following that, I received a writing assignment which I could complete at my own pace. About a week and a half later, I had a series of interviews with three different managers, conducted over a two-week period. These interviews were quite relaxed and focused on getting to know me and my background. It seems like GHS works on interesting projects. About three weeks after these interviews, I've followed up via email a couple of times, but I haven't received any response. It's unprofessional to be ghosted like this; a simple email to decline would have been sufficient given the effort involved in the earlier stages.

After an initial writing test, I had five one-on-one interviews with team members over two rounds. The last interview involved a case I received 24 hours beforehand, where I had to present my strategy and then discuss it analytically. The team was really friendly and approachable, and scheduling was easy. The whole thing took about a month from the writing assessment to the offer.
