A dinâmica de grupo foi bem tranquila, as recrutadoras foram atenciosas e isso deixou o clima mais leve. Durou cerca de 1 hora. A entrevista técnica superou minhas expectativas e acho que tive sorte porque a pessoa com quem fiz era gente boa e a nossa energia bateu, o que me deixou mais à vontade e menos nervosa para responder.

A entrevista foi ótima! As perguntas técnicas foram desafiadoras e deixaram eu mostrar minha experiência prática. Gostei também que focaram em trabalho em equipe e resolução de problemas complexos, o que é importante para mim numa posição sênior.

The process was quite fast, I was referred by a colleague who sent me a registration link. I was called for an interview with HR, where they asked superficial questions about my experience and technology. Then, an interview with two senior technicians was scheduled. In the interview with the technicians, there were very technical questions, they asked for details about projects I've worked on, I was grilled on all experiences they found relevant, and at the end, they explained the role technically.

It was a standard one on one interview. The person interviewing me was friendly and clearly experienced in the city finance sector. They asked about my career history, how I'd fit the role, described the company, and my biggest achievements and future aspirations. They highlighted that a European Language, Foreign Exchange trading knowledge, and Client Services experience were key requirements. However, the salary offered was only £18k, which felt insulting given the requirements and the cost of living in London. The recruiter had mentioned the salary was negotiable, but once this was clear during the interview, my interest waned.
