First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Global Fashion Group.
Engineering Manager
The interview process involves 6 rounds in total. It starts with an online algorithm test, followed by a phone interview. Then there are 4 technical rounds. Company culture fit is crucial, so preparing beforehand is important.
- What are the most important things you're looking for in a new company?
Accountant
The interview included questions about specific definitions and financial reporting standards, then a 45-minute case study. The case study had three detailed questions, but the time was not enough to answer them all. There were no behavioral questions.
- Could you define what a financial asset is?
- And what about the definition of a non-financial asset?
- What is the definition of control in this context?
Corporate Responsibility Manager
I was first contacted by the recruiter and had a phone interview, and then an in-person interview. Following that, I had a one-on-one in-person interview with the hiring manager. It was going great until then, but then the process stopped and I never heard back from anyone. It started out well, but they ghosted me and didn't bother to tell me any results or feedback. A disappointing experience!
- Can you name any human rights management tools applicable to companies?
Software Engineer
The interview process was alright, but they attempted to reduce my salary offer, which was disheartening. They suggested my performance wasn't sufficient despite my excellent work. Nonetheless, the interview itself was a positive experience where I gained considerable knowledge.
- Can you explain the SOLID principles and provide examples of their application?
