I was told I would be set up for a 3rd interview. I gave my availability ten minutes after being asked, but then got ghosted for several weeks. I tried reaching out multiple times with no response, and then after a full month I received a rejection email.

First, there was an informative call. Then, a discussion about current skills. After that, they'll ask about your preferred working atmosphere. If you're interested in the job and have the right experience, an interview with the office manager will be offered. They'll go into more detail about the job and the industry.

The interview process was very straightforward. I met with two Senior Operations Managers. They talked about the job and its duties, and asked about my previous experience in the industry. They also asked basic questions about whether I had issues working with union labor, being on my feet for long periods, or working in loud environments, etc.

I applied for a job in Las Vegas at the corporate office. I had multiple phone screens with HR, then a phone interview with senior analysts. They asked basic business questions and gave me scenarios to respond to, nothing too difficult. Later, they invited me to Las Vegas for an in-person interview, covering all expenses. The day included interviews with senior analysts, a GM, a director, and a VP. I faced some very difficult case questions but managed. We had lunch with the team, which was a nice break to get to know everyone. After lunch and a couple more interviews, I met with HR to review the day.
