Sales Associate
Got a call the day after applying. Went in for the interview the following week. The interviewer talked most of the time, explaining the role and their company. It was pretty chill, lasting about 20-30 minutes, and he said he'd be in touch. I didn't really give it my all since I already had a better offer. Parking was also a nightmare.
- Can you describe how you've worked with teams in past roles?
- What is your understanding of mortgages?
Sales Associate
It wasn't exactly an interview, more like a detailed explanation of what the job would entail. Not everyone experiences this part, though. You really need to have a strong conviction that you'll succeed in the role and perform daily. They'll go over the expectations, the company's future direction, and your specific role in contributing to the company's success.
- Were there any unexpected questions, or were they mostly standard behavioral questions?
Sales Associate
The interview process was pretty easy. I had to wait a bit, then I met with the marketing manager. They told me about the job and the company's industry. After that, they explained the starting pay and benefits. Then they asked me some questions about sales and phone work, my future career goals, my previous jobs, and my preferred schedule.
- Are you okay with doing sales and being on the phone?
