I got a call for a quick phone interview. After that, they asked me to come in for a face-to-face meeting ASAP because they wanted someone to start the next week. I went in and the interview was about 30 minutes. The interviewer didn't seem very familiar with the role and didn't ask typical management questions, mainly just went over my resume. They said they'd decide by the end of the week, but I never heard back, even after I sent a follow-up email. It's unprofessional not to respond to applicants.

It was a very professional process. They seemed to know exactly what they were doing and took the time to let me ask my questions about the company, benefits, and atmosphere. They mostly just went over my resume and my past experience and skills.

Behavioral Other

The interview process included two interviewers who were pleasant. The second interviewer spent a lot of time promoting the company. They also mentioned a high turnover rate, which raised concerns about potential management issues. A working interview was also part of the process, which made me hesitant about giving notice at my current job if an offer were extended, especially after reading some reviews.
