We did a zoom interview process. First, there was a screening call. Second, a technical round. Third, an interview with the hiring manager. And that was it for the hiring process. It wasn't super stressful, but they do care about your GPA.

I only had the first in-person interview before realizing this wasn't the place for me. The office seemed tiny, maybe only 3 people total, and I met 2 of them. The receptionist was nice and also the recruiter. Once inside, I had to fill out paperwork that was basically my resume. Then I met with someone who I think was a manager, but he just gave his name. He seemed more focused on selling the company to me than letting me sell myself. He didn't even look at my resume, even though I was told to bring it. Don't expect to ask any questions about the company or process because you won't get the chance. I'd read reviews beforehand and had some questions, but he ended the interview quickly. I was told I'd hear back in two days. I was invited for a second interview and declined the offer. I don't trust a company that doesn't let you ask questions.

Quick meet and greet. They asked 5 canned questions. While I was answering question #4, they asked question #2 again. Everyone in the office seemed very young, under 25. The secretary was apparently the Director of Human Resources.

It was a very quick and simple process. There were 3 rounds of interviews. I was a bit hesitant, reading the reviews and stuff, but the company's only been around for 2 years. The second interview was with an account executive, it was more of a one-on-one. He was a great guy. It all felt very rehearsed, though. I don't know if other candidates got this far or if everyone got an offer.
