First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Global Business Consulting Services.
Business Analyst
It was a pretty quick and easy process. The questions were mostly simple, but it's important to know about the waterfall method. The interview was on Zoom and felt a bit impersonal.
- Could you explain the Waterfall method and how one would implement it?
Frontend Engineer
It was not a technical interview, they just wanted to get to know me better. An HR person reached out and set up a 15-minute Google Meet interview. I didn't prepare much besides looking at my resume.
- What makes you a suitable candidate for this role?
Senior Programmer Analyst
Got a call from the company president, who was the only employer there. They didn't seem to know much about the job at the client's location. After that call, an interview with the client was set up, which went fine.
- What are your salary expectations for this position?
Financial Analyst
I had a 20-minute chat with HR, and it went well. They were looking for an intern for a remote role who was eager to learn. The questions were pretty basic and mostly behavioral.
- What makes you want to join GBCS?
