First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Global Aerospace Logistics.
Electrician
I had a panel interview with 5 people. They asked me to describe specific inspections, walk them through the AWS moc, and answer some basic electrical questions like the difference between currents. There were also questions about diagrams and schematics. It was very professional and lasted about an hour.
- Could you walk us through the AWS moc?
Engineer
it was pretty quick and painless. they started with some general questions about me and my background, then we went into the technical stuff related to my job. i met with a panel of 3 people from HR and 2 from the team that wants to hire me.
- Can you tell us about the skills and knowledge you possess that would benefit our organization?
Procurement Manager
It was a multistage process that involved an assessment and feedback. The final interview included a selection panel. The last stage was with HR to discuss expectations and the next steps for onboarding. I also received a full brief on the international transfer.

Automation Engineer
Hiring isn't always fast or simple. The interview process can drag on. It's rare these days to interview just once and get an offer. Many companies now have a multi-step interview process. It usually starts with phone screenings, and then moves to in-person interviews, maybe a second or even third interview. The first face-to-face interview is usually just you and the hiring manager. They'll ask about your experience, skills, work history, when you can start, and what the company is looking for in an ideal candidate.
- Can you describe a past project involving Strings?
