The interview process was very quick and straight forward. I'm currently waiting for a response. It was advertised as 13/hr up to $20/hr depending on sales. I felt a bit deceived because I have worked in environments that promised transparency but leads were sold right under me.

The manager interviewing me for the SPA Receptionist position seemed really uninterested. She didn't smile at all during our second interview, even though we'd already had a FaceTime call. It was pretty awkward because she rolled her eyes when I answered one of her questions. She also asked if I had any sales experience, which was weird because I currently work two jobs that involve sales. I guess she didn't read my application.
