It was a few rounds, with HR and then both individual and group interviews. It began with someone from an external recruiting agency who claimed to be from Glide, but I later learned they were a contractor.

So far, there have been two interviews, and there's a chance for a third if you move forward. The first interview is pretty straightforward, just to get to know you. The second one is more in-depth, really digging into your experience and specifically asking you to detail your strategic approach to planning events.

The interviewer was rude and didn't make me feel welcome. On the phone interview, she didn't introduce the job or the company and jumped right into testing my knowledge. She was condescending and tactless. When I asked about the job, she assumed I hadn't read the description and asked if I wanted to reschedule to read it. When they said the job required 4 days in the office, no exceptions, I figured it wouldn't be a nice place to work. I ended the call early and won't be moving forward with them.

We started with a 30-minute phone interview, and then there was a bit of a wait, like 2-3 weeks, because HR was understaffed. After that, I had a second interview with the marketing manager, the fund manager, and HR. About a week later, I had a third interview with the marketing director and HR. Then they called me to get my references, and after the reference check, the hiring process was complete.
