It was a standard 1-hour in-person interview where they asked about my background knowledge in risk and what skills I had. They also inquired about the futures market and other indicators like the greeks: delta, theta, gamma, vega, rho. They felt I wasn't experienced enough for the role, but otherwise, it was a good interview.

Glencore's HR reached out to me. The first round was an HR interview where I was asked about company basics and some fit questions. Then, I had a second round which was an in-person interview with two interviewers at Glencore's London office.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

First, there are interviews with external hiring consultants from SmartGlobal (who are retired ex oil traders / business developers) and HR. After that, you'll have an in-person simulated assessment using their proprietary trading software. You'll need to trade oil futures based on news feeds, for example, if the news is bullish on oil, you'd go long on futures; if bearish, you'd go short. They'll give you a 15-30 minute intro lecture before the test.
