Technical Other

It was a long process, starting with a hirevue, then an online test, followed by an hr interview, a technical interview, an assessment centre, and a final round. I felt it was unorganised, especially the assessment centre and final round interview, and the interviewers seemed bored. But I still got a good feel for the company.

Behavioral Technical

I interviewed with two people who I would be working with or for. They both had great personalities and were keen to find out more about me. The interview focused a lot on current events in the industry and my perspective on how these might affect the business.

Behavioral Technical

The process was straightforward. I applied in September, and the interview was sometime in the first week of October. I was interviewed by HR and 3 people whose team I would join. They asked typical questions like why Glencore, why this position, and tell me about yourself. There were also situational questions that were both technical and behavioral, where they asked how I would deal with something specific to the position. I still haven't received feedback after 3 weeks, but the experience was good. They put me under pressure, and the panel was interested and shared insightful information about the company.
