First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Glen Ivy.
Customer Service Representative
My interview experience was a good one. They asked the typical questions. They were flexible with my availability. I received a job offer about one to two weeks after. The interview itself was not difficult. The manager was friendly.
- Can you describe your previous customer service experience?
Secretary
The interview was easy and fun. The interviewers were extremely nice and very welcoming. They were accommodating and so easy going. It was nice to have a conversation with them. The vibes were absolutely so positive and it’s a moment I will always cherish and appreciate and remember.
- What is your motivation for seeking employment with this organization?
Esthetician
First, they do a quick phone call to chat about your experience and past jobs. If you pass that, they'll invite you to Glen Ivy to interview with two people who will ask you a bunch of questions. Right after that, you'll give a 30-45 minute facial to another esthetician, just showing the arm massage part. Then they'll call you to let you know if you got the job.
- Can you share an instance where you exceeded expectations for a client?
- What's your guiding principle as an esthetician?
Host
I had a phone interview first, and then the very next day, I had a panel interview. It was with three other people, and we were interviewed by two Leads. All the questions were about hospitality. They asked us to describe situations where we solved problems. First, they'd read the question and then ask each of us to give our answer. After that, they started asking us separate questions.
- Can you tell me about a time you had to be a leader and how you handled it?
- Given a scenario with clean towels, an overflowing trash can, and a guest needing directions, what would you prioritize?
