The interview focused heavily on my weaknesses, and there was a misunderstanding about me having completed my Abitur at the start of the apprenticeship. It was made very clear to me that I wasn't really qualified for the apprenticeship. The 60-minute conversation was spent mostly (50 minutes) telling me how unsuitable I was. The remaining 10 minutes were briefly about the actual apprenticeship itself.

Behavioral Technical Other

The interview process had 2 rounds. First was a HR interview and then the reporting manager interview. There were also two tests, one psychometric and one aptitude. The HR interview was alright, mostly asking about my motivation for the role, family, and education. The technical interview felt like they had specific answers they were looking for and would cut off any answer that differed.

The interview was a face-to-face discussion. They really dug into my process knowledge, checking it thoroughly. The interviewer talked about their own products' processes and we discussed the job profile itself. We covered topics like Cleaning in Place (CIP), Sterilization in Place (SIP), and automation philosophy, along with different software used for process logic.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you describe the steps involved in CIP and SIP?
