I applied directly on the company's website. The process was pretty typical: I had an initial chat with the recruiter and then spoke with the hiring manager. After that, I didn't hear back from the hiring manager.

I had a phone call, then an in-person interview at their Seattle office. I met three people, including the CEO. They said someone would call me in a few days, but I never heard back. It was disappointing because we talked about how important it is to get back to candidates.

I had an initial phone interview. I was really excited about the company, but the interviewer didn't seem very enthusiastic. He had been promoted, and this role was open to someone else. It was interesting because the company had over 100 employees but hadn't had anyone in HR until about six months prior. Even though I was genuinely excited about the opportunity, I didn't get that same energy back. They said they'd follow up by a specific date, but they didn't. I reached out to my interviewer via email, and then a couple of days later, I got a generic rejection email.

I had an interview with the store manager. Later, they called and offered me the job. Onboarding was done online and it was super easy. The store manager did a great job of communicating the company's values and was really kind and sweet.
