First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Glasser and Glasser.
Manager
Met with the hiring manager and some other members of related teams to discuss my resume and background. Also asked what my interest in the firm was and what I was looking for from the role
- What's your interest in the firm?
- What are you looking for in this role?
Attorney
First, I had a video interview. After that, I was required to travel to HQ for an on-site meeting. Once I passed the initial Teams interview, I went to meet the team there. I met with HR, a Partner, and a Director.
- Can you tell me about your experience and what interests you about our firm?
Collections Representative
I thought it went well, but obviously it didn't. I made sure to maintain eye contact with the hiring manager and answer all questions briefly and promptly. I also asked good questions, but I guess it just wasn't good enough for them.
- Would you mind working Monday through Friday?
Legal Assistant
It was easy and super fast. The person interviewing me was friendly and knew I was jittery. I first talked to the temp agency, and then I interviewed with the actual company.
- Could you tell me a bit about yourself?
