The interview process was really great from beginning to end! First, I chatted with the internal recruiter based in Dublin, who was super helpful and gave me lots of info. Her communication throughout was top-notch. Next, I had a phone interview with a senior manager. I really liked this call; he made me feel comfortable and then he walked me through the role and the company's future plans, so I was totally clear on what they were looking for. After that, it was an in-person interview. I had two 30-minute chats with different managers. Both felt more like relaxed discussions than standard interviews, and they really made me feel involved and at ease. Honestly, I enjoyed them and left feeling good! The final stage was a 1-hour interview with four managers. While some might find that intimidating, I was amazed by how quickly the hour flew by! It felt like only 20 minutes because the conversation and questions were so engaging. They all answered my questions, participated actively, and made me feel so welcome and comfortable. This is a fantastic company with wonderful people driving its success. They genuinely care about their work and their team.

I went through three interviews. The first was a screening and standard questions with HR. The second and third interviews were with my direct manager and the division director. It was a very typical and classic interview process.

Behavioral Presentation

The hiring process was pretty standard, with 4 rounds. First, there were two phone screens, followed by two in-person interviews. The initial in-person interview involved meeting with four managers, and the second one was a presentation to a sales leader, other SDR Managers, and SDRs. The HR team was really helpful and professional throughout. The managers asked direct questions, and everyone I met was friendly and honest, making me want to work at Glassdoor. A minor issue occurred during my second phone screen when the interviewer didn't call, likely because they were leaving the company. Also, the Polar Vortex disrupted the timeline slightly, causing a few days' delay in the decision. Ultimately, they went with an internal candidate who had existing relationships with the SDRs and more closing experience. Despite this, it was a positive experience, and I'd recommend Glassdoor.
