Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Glassdoor.
Recruiting Coordinator
I really enjoyed my screening call and interview. The hiring manager thought I'd be a good fit and said I'd get an email the next day to schedule the final round. But after two weeks of me following up, I heard back from the recruiter (who was out for a week) saying they went with an internal candidate. It's kind of wild that if a recruiter is out, someone can't just step in to help. They really push transparency, but then they set high expectations and low-ball offers. Just a heads up, candidates are people too.

Senior Recruiter
The interview process was great! They are really looking for recruiters who are a good culture fit and are passionate about Glassdoor. They want to know if you believe in the company you'll be pitching to candidates. They did ask about sourcing, organization, and prioritization, but if your past performance is strong, you communicate well, and you prepare for the final interview, you should do well. The process included a Recruiter Phone Screen, a Hiring Manager Phone Screen, and a 2-hour On-Site Interview with some key people. They made a decision pretty quickly after the last interview.

Talent Acquisition Partner
Applied online and had a screening chat. Then went to the Dublin office for interviews with the team. Everyone was super friendly and the process was really open. They were honest about the good and bad parts of the job. The interviews felt more like conversations, and the questions were simple. Had a video call with four US team members for the final interview, which I was nervous about, but they just introduced themselves, which was cool and showed the culture. Got an office tour and the recruiter gave me feedback that same evening. The Dublin office is growing fast and moving soon, so it seems like a good time to join.
