Customer Success Manager
I applied for this role and after a recruiter reached out, I had two interviews with the hiring manager. I was asked to do a lot of research and prepare a full presentation for this, which took a good amount of time. After the last interview, there was no communication for four weeks. My email to the hiring manager was ignored, and only after I contacted the agency again did I get a brief email saying they hired someone internally. No phone call, no real feedback, just a blunt, impersonal message. This whole thing felt unprofessional and not in line with values like honesty and respect for candidates. If you care about your time and want a professional experience, be careful with this one.

Customer Success Manager
This was the best interview process I've ever been through, especially because of the amazing candidate portal -- it not only contained clear and detailed descriptions of each step (topics to be covered, how to prepare, etc.), but also all the info I needed for it (who was on the call, Zoom links, etc.). Each discussion was pertinent to ensuring that not only would I be a great fit for the role, but that the role and organisation would also be a great fit for me. I also never once felt like I was going into any of the discussions unprepared because of the pre-interview information provided to me; in fact I felt like I was being set up for success. Everyone who took the time to meet with me was so friendly and passionate, and they each provided great insight and answered any questions I had. I am so glad to now be part of the team!
- Can you provide an instance where you demonstrated value to a customer by aligning with their specific objectives and leveraging data?
Customer Success Manager
It was a really thorough and intentional process, which gave me lots of chances to figure out if this role, team, and company were the right fit for my career. It lasted three months and included 6 rounds of interviews, presentations, and meet and greets. The recruiter was super responsive via email and even called to check in between steps without me prompting her. She was great at letting me know about what was coming next and the timing. Everyone was really kind and thoughtful with their questions and conversations. They were upfront when I asked questions and didn't try to hide anything. When I visited the office, they gave me a quick tour and talked about the workspace and culture. It was a nice way to see what things were really like.
- Can you describe your leadership style?
- Tell me about an instance where you had to deliver difficult feedback to an employee.
- What strategies do you use to foster trust within your team?
