It was an asynchronous video interview, asking general work/professional questions, not a technical interview. The communication was lazy and poor. The start date was 1/17 but I got a rejection letter on 1/24. The low pay wasn't that enticing anyway.

We started with a brief 15-minute call for introductions and role details. Next, I completed a 90-120 minute test on remuneration and governance. This was followed by a 40-minute interview. I felt it went well, and they said they'd let me know within one to two weeks. I ended up getting rejected about a month later. The entire process spanned roughly two months.

I applied and waited over two months to hear back for an interview. Once I did the interview, the process moved quickly and I was hired within two weeks. There was a translation exercise during the interview, which was tough for someone without finance experience.
