Mental Health Professional
The interview process was really professional and organized. I spoke with two supervisors for the first round. We discussed my experience and I felt I connected well with them. I had prepared to talk about ecosystemic family therapy and the sanctuary model, and I got a lot of good info from their website beforehand. They mostly asked open-ended questions. The interview lasted about an hour and I dressed business casual. For the second interview, a team of people came in to talk with me about what it's like working in the field. They were great at keeping me informed throughout the whole process.
