Then, they asked more questions about how I would handle specific daily tasks for the job. I'm still trying to reach thirty words, I just want to see one set of answers to another interview process and I can't get the 30-word minimum met.

We started with a tour of the manufacturing facility to check out the processes there. After that, I had a formal interview with my direct manager and the Director of Quality. We talked a lot to see if the company and I were a good match. They made me an offer, and I accepted.

The interview went well. However, the current Quality Manager started me off as an Inspector 3, which was fine. It allowed me to learn all the different parts in Military Structures. I worked 3rd shift for 3 years, which nearly killed me. Then a Quality Engineer position opened up, and I interviewed for it. But the Quality Director made me work as a Jr. QE for 3 years, even though I was doing the work of an experienced engineer.
