I went through seven rounds of interviews over almost two months, starting before Thanksgiving and finishing January 6th. They said there were two steps left, and they were eager to talk again, but then communication just stopped. I reached out again two weeks later and didn't hear back at all. It felt unprofessional to not get any update or even a rejection after investing so much time in seven interviews. A quick message about a delay would have been a basic courtesy, but the silence was a really bad look for the candidate experience.

I had a phone call with the recruiter, and it seems like there are many other steps after this. It looks like a lot for the role. The recruiter was really nice and spoke very highly of the company. They seemed very genuine.

I had a really solid experience with the GiveCampus interview team. From the very first email, their communication was clear, timely, and genuinely thoughtful, which honestly makes a big difference when you're going through the stress of interviewing. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and transparent about what to expect at each step. They laid out the process clearly, gave me enough prep time, and followed up quickly after every round. No black holes or ghosting here, just real people who seem to actually respect your time. What stood out most was how human the whole process felt. Even the technical parts didn’t feel like a trap; it felt like they wanted to understand how I think and solve problems, not just quiz me.

The whole thing took about a month and involved four interviews. I started with the VP of Marketing, and it went really well; I felt a good connection. The second time, I met with the VP again, along with someone from sales leadership. This one also seemed to go great, especially since I put together a slide deck over a week and a half beforehand because one of the panelists couldn't make it. Then I had my meeting with the CRO, which wasn't as smooth as the others, but they still moved me forward. My final meeting was supposed to be with the CEO, but it got switched last minute to the person who missed the second interview. I thought this last one went okay, but not as well as the first couple. What really soured the experience was the executive leadership team's handling of things. After several days, I had to follow up myself to find out about the next steps. I was just told they were going with other people and wished me luck. That was it. No feedback, no reasons, they just dismissed me like I'd only done a quick screening. I felt the way they let me down after all the effort I put in was really unprofessional and frankly rude.
