Technical Behavioral

The interview process felt like it took forever, with more than 5 interviews and a technical assessment. The interviews themselves were actually pretty good and pleasant, but dealing with the recruiter was a different story. Their messages felt like they were written by a bot. It was super discouraging to go through all the steps only to get a generic rejection email. Considering how much time and effort you're supposed to put into these applications, I felt like they were just leading me on until they decided. It was a really disheartening experience, even though I have a lot of respect for the company and what they do overall.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was really great. Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and upfront about everything. It started with a Recruiter Call where they introduced the role, talked about my background, and discussed the company culture. You should be ready to share a story about yourself that fits the role. Next was a chat with the Hiring Manager about how I'd fit into the culture and the role itself. Then, I met with Team Members who asked about my job fit, behavioral questions, and a technical part. Finally, I had a meeting with the Head of the division/team.
