This was a pretty involved interview process. I had several phone calls with HR, then a call with the head of the department. After that, there was a two-part homework assignment. The final stage was an in-person interview that lasted about 3.5 hours in one afternoon, where I met with four different people.

The job description on Indeed didn't really match what the recruiter was telling me about the job requirements.
