The interview process was long and thorough, consisting of four rounds in total. Three were conducted virtually, each with a different member of the team to assess various aspects of my experience and fit for the role. The final interview was in person, held over lunch, which provided a more conversational and personal setting to get to know the team’s dynamic and culture better. Overall, the process felt comprehensive and intentional, giving both sides a chance to ensure it was a strong mutual fit.

Had 3 phone interviews that were each about 30-45 minutes long. It was really unprofessional and I've never seen anything like it in my 20+ years in HR that none of the 3 HR execs responded to my emails or phone calls asking for an update.
