Didn't get the job, which was a bummer because I felt I was more qualified than the person they hired and I even volunteered for them. It really soured me on the whole organization because they didn't seem to stick to their own values. The interviews were all behavioral.

I applied on a Sunday and got a call for an interview three days later. The actual interview was about a week after that. They offered me the job four days after the interview. The interview involved answering questions and discussing how I'd handle certain scenarios. I showed them my portfolio. It felt very business-like, straight to the point, not super friendly.
