Membership Specialist
I got contacted via email and was asked to set up a meeting with HR. We went over the job description and confirmed I met all the requirements. After that first chat, another interview was set up for the following week. It was about an hour and a half long, and they asked a lot of questions about my past work experiences.
- What are three areas your past supervisor would say you need to work on?
Membership Specialist
I had a single phone screening for the role. The interviewer went over the position details with me, explaining each part. They also made sure to ask if I had any questions. It was a pretty standard interview experience.
- Can you walk me through the job description and explain what the role involves?
Membership Specialist
It was a three part interview. We started with a phone call, then I had two in-person interviews with my direct manager. If that went well, I then had an interview with the department supervisor.
- Which part of the mission resonates with you the most?
Sales
The HR director will reach out first, and if you get past that stage, HR will then set up an interview with the hiring manager. The whole process from HR to the hiring manager took about two weeks. Be aware that this organization tends to go silent with no feedback or follow-up, which I found unprofessional.
- Can you describe your approach to collaborating with colleagues?
