Waiter
The interviews were relaxed and made me feel comfortable, with non-intrusive questions. They asked about my previous experience and it felt like a casual chat. It's best to be clear about the job you want beforehand. Overall, it was a good interview.
- Do you have previous experience in the restaurant industry?
Category Manager
Got a call from the recruiter a few days after I applied to discuss things like salary, commute, and other initial details. They then set up a Teams meeting for a screen a few days later. After that, the hiring manager's Teams interview was scheduled about two weeks out. The interviewer was really informative and made it a relaxed, open environment. The recruiter let me know by phone pretty quickly that they decided to go with someone else.
- Can you discuss your background in relation to the requirements of this position?
Warehouse Manager
I applied online and was contacted by Rana's HR Manager. The initial phone interview was good, focusing on my distribution and logistics background. Then I had a face-to-face with the VP of Operations where we talked about major concerns and the need for an experienced warehouse manager. My final interview was with the President and COO, which was relaxed and easy with good interaction. The whole thing took about three weeks.
- No hard questions were asked.

Competent, skilled people, they made me feel comfortable, without asking personal questions, they listen a lot to what you say, they didn't make me feel out of place, I felt at home valuing my experiences
