I thought the managers were extremely rude. They kept me waiting 30 minutes past my scheduled time. A week later, I hadn't heard back, so I called. The manager said they sent emails and I should check there. I said I hadn't gotten one and she told me she was too busy to look into it and to call back. She didn't take my name or seem concerned. Makes you wonder if you want to work there, given how rude the managers are. Makes you wonder why they need to hire.
- What hours are you available to work, and are there any specific times you cannot work?

Paul talked with me for about 15 minutes, asking me to talk about myself. He asked questions about my experience and why I wanted to work for Giordano's. After I described my personality and experience, he grabbed the new hire paperwork and I started working within a few days.
- Why do you want to work for Giordano's?
Server
The interview was pretty easy. We discussed the restaurant and menu, my previous serving experience (and other job experiences), and availability. It was a pretty straightforward interview for a role like this, but it was done in two parts to meet both managers.
- How do you handle stressful situations?
