So basically, there was a screening, then an interview with the department head, and then an exam. The interviewers were nice and the exams weren't too tough, just took about 30 minutes to an hour.

Case Group Presentation

It was a group interview with ten students. We did a case study where we had 2 minutes to prepare, then 20 minutes to discuss, and finally a 5-minute presentation. The discussion questions weren't too hard. They seemed more interested in finding good team leaders than perfect answers. The atmosphere was lively because everyone wanted to contribute during the discussion.

The hiring process is straightforward, involving just two rounds. First, if Mr. Quraishi shortlists your CV, he might contact you via call or email for the initial interview. The first round will be conducted by Mr. Zia from HR, who will ask for your introduction, some simple questions, and assess basic calculation abilities. Candidates who pass this stage will proceed to a final interview with HR Head Kashmira Tamhane. She will also ask basic questions and inquire about your past work experience. If she informs you about the salary, it means you've been selected, but the salary is fixed. You will be expected to work anywhere in the UAE as assigned. The starting salary is 1700 Dirhams basic, plus 800 for housing allowance and 400 for transport, totaling 2900 Dirhams. If you accept, you will then begin the visa process.

I was just asked if I was confident I could do sales and customer service. The manager told me the salary upfront and asked if I was okay with it. They also asked where I live and about my background like my school and experience.
