It was a typical marketing interview, nothing out of the ordinary. There were two interviewers and the questions were pretty standard. Honestly, it was a bit dull.

I applied online for a rotational analyst position and got a call from HR about a week later. They scheduled an in-person interview with three team members for the following week. I rearranged my schedule for it, but only one manager showed up. The interview was pretty basic, mostly going over the job description again and talking about the different rotational duties, starting with data analysis in the corporate office using Excel. There were no technical questions or tests. HR called about a week after that to offer me a job, but it was as a leasing professional in a different city, not the corporate real estate analyst role I applied for. It felt like a bait and switch to get people into undesirable positions.
