So there was an English test and then some technical questions. The first part of the technical stuff is like undergrad level, but they said the last few questions are usually only for grad students, like Master's or PhD folks.

I applied online and then got an email for an in-person interview. The interview had a conversation part and a written technical test. They wanted to see if I had minimum knowledge of engineering mechanics and statics. The interview was done by 2-3 structural engineers.
