Behavioral Technical Other

We started with a telephonic interview, then I went for a face-to-face interview at their office. The recruiting manager talked about the roles they were hiring for. After that, a TAG lead, who seemed to be in charge of 'Diversity,' had a chat with me. It felt like a fake process, with them covering their mouths while talking, bluffing about their own qualifications, and asking super obvious career questions. It seemed like they were trying to weed people out rather than assess them, coming across as part of the 'haves' judging the 'have-nots'. They were unsure if there would be a skip-level call afterwards or if it would be over media apps.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Were you asked about where you are staying in the city where the recruitment is taking place?
