First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Gigats.
Employment Specialist
I applied for the job online. Got a text to call them about my application. On the call, they asked me some questions about my resume and myself. Then I had an in-person interview. It was pretty standard, mostly about me and my experience. They told me about the company and showed me around the departments. I was invited back for a "test drive" where they gave me more details on the job duties and pay. They also had me take some calls to see how I'd do. After that, I had an exit interview and was asked to come back the next Monday.

Administrative Assistant
I applied for an Admin Assist. role at Disney. After submitting my resume, I got a number for a phone interview. When I called, it turned out to be Gigats, who apparently screens applicants for Disney. They verified my resume details and asked if I'd pursue more college education if circumstances allowed. I said yes. Then, I was transferred to someone who helps match people with colleges or online courses. We spent about half an hour, 90% of the call, on this. They said they'd email me job notifications, which I was already getting.
- They confirmed the info on my resume.
- If you had the chance, under perfect circumstances, would you further your college education?
Employment Specialist
The interview process was a 3 step process, which may have seemed lengthy at first. However, it definitely proved to be worth it. The first day was the company getting to know me. The second interview was me getting to know all about the company and its background. The last interview (which was my favorite) was my day to actually try out a day in the life of a Gigats specialist. It was my opportunity to make a decision if the job was for me, before finalizing the application process.
- What is one thing that you know you have to do that you hate doing?
Employment Specialist
The hiring manager told me I was accepted onto the team and felt I would be a "rockstar." The interview process was in-depth and helped me make the right decision about working at Gigats. They provided all the upfront information about compensation, the CEO, their history, and advancement opportunities without me having to do all the work. I found that exhilarating because I knew exactly what I was getting into before leaving my last job.
- Could you please tell us about yourself?
- Would you be able to elaborate on your personal achievements?
