Quality Assurance Engineer
Had a great conversation with HR who enthusiastically and courteously answered all of my questions. It seems like a great place to work that cares about their employees wellbeing as much as finding the right candidate.

Human Resources
It was a 3 step process. First, a phone screening with the recruiter. Then, if the recruiter thought you were a good fit, there was an in person interview with the manager. Finally, a virtual interview with the director.
- What are three essential qualities for an HR professional?
- How would you handle a request to perform a task outside of your defined job responsibilities?
Donor Specialist
This was a terrible interview experience. I talked to HR one-on-one, then interviewed with managers. After that, there was a group interview with employees from different departments. The process felt too long and strange for the role. I got the impression that my preference for work-life boundaries was not well-received, as the culture seems to be a "family" environment. While that's okay, it shouldn't be held against someone who values boundaries, as work isn't family.
