Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at GIC.
Intern
The process started with an online assessment, then a hirevue, followed by a group case study, and finally a business interview. I didn't like that they ghosted me after the final round; I feel like a company should at least have the decency to reject candidates.
- Can you describe the extent to which you are a risk taker?
Intern
First, there was a Hirevue interview, which is a one-way video interview. Then, some tests were given, including numerical and personality tests. After that, a case study was part of the process. Round 1 involved an Associate and an Assistant Vice President. The final round had Senior professionals, specifically the Senior Vice President and the Head of HR.
- Can you tell me why you are interested in GIC?
- What are your reasons for wanting to join this specific team?
- Do you have any questions related to the case study?
Scholarship
It was a Hireview interview. You'll get between 4-7 questions. After a question pops up, you have 30 seconds to get ready, and then the camera automatically starts recording. You then have 3 minutes for your answer.
- What makes you want to join GIC?
