The first stage was an online technical test on Hackerrank. I really suggest practicing on the warm-up questions there to get used to the question types before the actual test. After that, there were two more rounds that were done onsite.

So, the first step was this technical business case where I had to create a PowerPoint presentation with my proposed solution, and I had 7 days to submit it. After that, there was a second round which was a panel interview with some business users. I had to present my proposal there, and it was also a behavioral interview. They mentioned a third and final round after that, but I didn't make it past the second round.

It was a really slow process. The HR team didn't seem very interested in hiring anyone. It felt more like a way for them to fill their Hirevue database with video interviews. They'd ask for an online interview, and after a lot of follow-ups, there would be no updates. Then, the HR would get back in touch after a few months to do that initial round again.
