First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at GHP Management.
Leasing Agent
My first interview for the Leasing Agent position was a breeze, not too stressful. I spoke with the property manager, and it was a brief, straightforward conversation with typical questions.
- What are your strengths for this specific job?
Sales and Leasing Consultant
First I met with the property manager, who I would be working under. It was very concise and to the point, being that I had never held a position within property management. Second was with the regional manager, She asked me more general questions such as how I would describe myself etc. Then the final interview was with the vice president of the company in which she told me more about the company goals and what they were looking for.
- How would your colleagues describe your work style?
Community Assistant
We sat around and asked a bunch of questions. They figured out who they wanted and who they didn't. Then they pulled the ones they wanted aside to talk to them and let them know they would continue, and the others would not.
- What makes you want to work for this company, and how do you think you can contribute to its growth?
Customer Care Specialist
I met with two managers and someone from corporate to make sure I was the right fit. I liked that they promote from within a lot. The interview went well, and they do a background check and drug test. You also have to go to an onboarding session.
- Can you describe how you manage challenging interactions?
