Had a quick phone call that was about 5 minutes, and they didn't ask much about my qualifications because they noted that referrals were great and offered me the job right over the phone. They had an emergency need for the position to be filled so not much detail was discussed about job duties or details. Next appointment was to go in for application and paperwork to be filled out. It was quick and to the point with not much time to ask questions in that call.
- What is your earliest possible start date?

The interview process has two rounds: an HR round and an Oops round. The HR round is 10-15 minutes long, and the Oops round is 30 minutes. That's the whole process.
