The recruiter reached out about a role that sounded really good. They said I'd hear back in a week, but that was like a year ago. I tried following up a bunch, but got nothing back. It wasn't cool since I took time off work for it.

The whole thing took about 4 months. It started with submitting my application, CV, and cover letter. After that, there was a video assessment and then an assessment centre. Sanctuary Graduates managed the process and were really great, especially Tabitha! They also reimbursed expenses after the assessment centre and provided feedback fairly quickly. I didn't get the job in the end, but the process was pretty straightforward and everyone I met at GHD seemed really nice.

I had an interview with the Global Senior Manager, and to be honest, I wasn't impressed. I felt like I was an inconvenience because she was super distracted with other stuff. Halfway through, she even stopped the interview to deal with something else. I found that really unprofessional and rude. She gave off major mean girl vibes, very self-serving.
