So, there were 2 steps to the interview. First up was an HR chat, and then after that, it was a technical interview. The technical part involved a case study, where I had to come up with some solutions and then present them during the interview.

Once your CV passes, you'll get two tests: one for English and an IQ test. About a week later, an HR person will chat with you. In that HR chat, we'll talk in English about times you've helped people out and other times you messed up and had to begin again. After that, you'll get an email with a case study. It'll have a problem for you to solve, focusing on design and how to build it. Then, you'll meet with a group of engineers to present your solution and explain your reasoning. The last step is meeting the department manager for a third interview. You might also have a 3-day trial where you'll go to the office and get tested on what you've learned.

After applying, I got a call from HR about an interview for an open position. The interview was scheduled for the next week. When I arrived at the company's headquarters for my interview, the receptionist informed me that the interviewer was unreachable. I was invited to wait until they could connect with him. I waited until around 12:10pm, when they finally reached him. Then, I was told to wait for my interview. After 20 minutes, my interviewer met me in the waiting room and began the interview. It seemed they might have intended to interview me for a mechanical power engineer role, despite my not being one, indicating a misunderstanding of the position requirements.

It started with a self-introduction, then they asked me questions about procurement and supply chain. After that, we discussed my CV and my past experiences. It was a pretty standard interview, and each interviewer had their own area, but they were all very friendly.
